Reiki Sessions

A virtual Reiki session, also known as distance Reiki or remote Reiki, can be a powerful and effective way to receive healing energy and support, even when you’re not physically present with the Reiki practitioner. Here’s what you can typically expect during a virtual Reiki session:

1. Scheduling and Preparation:
   • You’ll schedule a convenient time for the session with me.
   • It’s essential to find a quiet, comfortable, and uninterrupted space for the session, where you can relax and receive the energy comfortably.
2. Initial Discussion:
   • Before the session begins, you’ll have an initial discussion with me. This may take place through video conferencing.
   • You’ll have the opportunity to share any specific intentions, concerns, or areas of your life or health you’d like to focus on during the session.
3. Beginning the Session:
   • Once we’ve had a brief discussion, I will ask you to close your eyes, relax, and take a few deep breaths to center yourself.
   • We will then initiate the distant Reiki session by sending healing energy your way.
4. Reiki Energy Transmission:
   • You may feel sensations such as warmth, tingling, or a sense of relaxation during the energy transmission. However, not everyone experiences physical sensations, and that’s perfectly normal.
5. Time Duration:
   • A virtual Reiki session will last 60 minutes.
6. Silent or Guided Session:
   • I may conduct the session silently, focusing on sending healing energy, or I may guide you through a visualization or meditation, helping you to relax and open yourself to the healing energy.
7. Post-Session Discussion:
   • After the session is complete, we will debrief the session.
   • This discussion is also an opportunity to ask questions or seek clarification.
8. Integration and Self-Care:
   • Following the session, it’s advisable to take some time for yourself to integrate the energy and continue with self-care practices. Drink water, rest if needed, and engage in activities that promote relaxation and well-being.
9. Follow-Up:
   • Depending on your goals and my recommendations, you may schedule additional virtual Reiki sessions to continue your healing journey.

Virtual Reiki Session: $50

Reiki Meraki has a 24-hour cancellation policy and a pre-pay booking system. If you cancel before 24-hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be refunded in full or can use it for a future appointment. Cancellations made after 24-hours or no shows for appointments do not receive refunds.
